Push Hands ("Sensing Hands") Workshop.

The Tai Chi Association recently ran a workshop on Push Hands, conducted by one of our members, Sifu Roman Czerniawsky. The day was mainly aimed at people who have experience with tai chi, but minimal exposure to Push Hands. Many of the participants have been practising tai chi for years but not had the opportunity to play with pushing.
